What time is Check In & Check Out?

Check-In: 4pm – 10pm
Check Out: No Later Than 11am

Is there a minimum stay policy?

We operate a 2-night minimum stay policy, depending on seasonality.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival date
50% refund on full booking amount applies for cancellations made between 14-30 days
No refund for cancellations / adjustments made within two weeks of arrival date

What is the Payment Policy for booking?

Payment should be made in full upon booking
Allowances can be made on an exceptional basis
Proof of identity (Valid Passport / Drivers Licence) may be required to secure your booking

Are there any rules to be followed at Alensgrove?

The max no. of guests must not be exceeded. Additional guests may be requested to leave immediately
No smoking within the units
No parties on-site, Alensgrove is a residential property
Behaviour deemed by management to be anti-social, harmful, abusive or disruptive to staff or on-site guests will not be tolerated & forced to leave. Legal proceedings may ensue
Noise curfew from 10pm in respect of other guests
No loud music at any point
Access codes to Alensgrove are reserved for guests only
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Are pets allowed at Alensgrove?

Currently there are no pets allowed on-site
Allowances are made for exceptional scenarios (i.e. Guide Dogs)
As many have auto-immune diseases which can be exacerbated by animal hair, we do not allow pets on-site

Is there Parking & Security on-site?

Full Secure & Enclosed Property
Parking Spaces Available On-Site
Please do not park in the main courtyard, parking is provided to the rear of the courtyard
CCTV in operation in all public areas
All vehicles are parked entirely at the discretion & risk of the owner
Management will not accept responsibility responsible in the case of missing possessions or vehicles.
Guests are obliged to take care of their personal items and valuables while staying with us.

Animals on-site

Much of the Alensgrove is open to visitors, but we do ask that animals are allowed go through their day in peace and visitors stick to paths and primary walkways as much as possible.

Under no circumstances are animals to be fed by hand.

The animals do not mind if visitors come relatively close, but please remember that they are still wild animals. So avoid making sudden movements, loud noises and respect each animal’s habitat.

Fences have been put in place throughout to protect the animals within their habitats. Guests who choose to enter beyond these fences do so at their own risk.

Travelling with Children?

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. This is particularly important as Alensgrove resides on the banks of a river.

Loss & Damage

All visitors to Alensgrove use the facilities entirely at their own risk. Management cannot accept liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property caused on its premises other than our strict legal liability.
